Bedroom
The guest bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed (150 x 200 cm / 5’0″ x 6’6″), a spacious wardrobe with room for clothes and shoes, bedside tables, and convenient phone charging ports.
Bathroom
The bathroom, which is ensuite, is also accessible from the living room. It features an Italian-style walk-in shower. Towels, a hairdryer, and some toiletries are provided.

The nearest airport is Béziers-Cap d’Agde, just 35 km from the property.
La Loubière is conveniently located: 48 km from Cap d’Agde and 49km from Narbonne. Valras Plage (a lovely beach) 34km, Beziers 22km and Pezenas 42km. We are located less than 1½ hours from the Spanish border, making La Loubière a convenient and charming stopover on your journey.
The village offers excellent local amenities, including a small supermarket just a minute’s walk away, a post office, two bakeries, and three bar/restaurants, with a few more open during the summer months. There are also several other small shops to explore.
A small market takes place every Saturday in the village square, while a larger, bustling market is held just 10 minutes away in Saint-Chinian every Sunday.
Come and discover the replica of La Liberté (the Statue of Liberty), rescued from the waters by Captain Albert Abelane, who famously saved her from sinking. Thanks to the efforts of Raoul Bayou, former mayor of Cessenon, this unique statue was installed in the hamlet of Lugné (Cessenon), where she proudly stands to this day.
