Prices
These rates apply to the occupancy of the entire gîte per 2 persons. There is a 20% extra charge for 3/4 people.
January, February, *March – Closed
*April, May, June – 80,00€ per day based on minimum of 2 day stay (2nd week 510,00€)
July, August – 100,00€ per day based on minimum of 3 day stay (2nd week 650,00€)
September, *October – 80,00€ per day based on minimum of 2 day stay (2nd week 510,00€)
November, December – Closed
*Please note we only accept children 10/11 years and over and the bed occupancy is considered equal to that of an adult.
RATES TOURIST TAX: 0,52€
* Price per person and per night from January 1 to December 31. This price is the 10% additional tourist tax set by the Hérault department, which is added to above amounts. Minors under 18 are exempt.
Policy Terms
A €100 cash or cheque security deposit is required on arrival to cover any potential damage or breakages. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has occurred.
Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM
Please do not smoke in the Gîte. Smoking is permitted in the outside patio area.
No parties are permitted.
Please be considerate when entering or leaving the property late at night, and keep noise to a minimum.
